Everton have dismissed claims of talks with Argentine coach Marcelo Bielsa.

The former Olympique Marseille coach was linked with Everton over the weekend.

But the Liverpool Echo says Everton have not approached former Chile manager Bielsa about potentially becoming their manager.

It is believed that the story has been generated by people close to the ex Chile manager, who has also coached Espanyol and Athletic Bilbao, and is untrue.
