Everton defender John Stones is still pinching himself over his promotion to England's World Cup squad.
Stones and Liverpool's Jon Flanagan are with the England squad as cover for Phil Jones, with both players having been part of the Under-20s World Cup squad 12 months ago.
The Everton man said: "We never would have thought it would have happened so quickly, coming away with the senior squad.
"We're just enjoying every minute of it. It's nice to see how the senior squad works - it's all good experience.
"It's been really good [in Miami] so far. It's been humid and we're just trying to get acclimatised.
"The first day was not what we expected - it was banging it down with rain and we had to adapt our training session a bit."
