Everton defender Ramiro Funes Mori is ready to return to action.

The 26-year-old was injured on international duty last March, suffering a serious knee injury which has kept him out of action until now.

But he has worked his way back through the U23s and believes he's now ready for a first team recall.

He posted to Instagram a picture of himself underneath a set of weights with the caption: "Ready to play for the blues!!!"
