Everton defender Johan Hammar has completed his loan at Stockport County.
The 19 year-old completed his spell on the weekend.
"Thanks to Stockport for the months loan! Hope the club do well in the future and can take three points tonight against Barrow," he wrote on Twitter.
"My focus is now back at Everton."
