Everton have coughed up big to sacked manager Roberto Martinez.

The Daily Star says they have reportedly been forced to pay out £10m to Martinez after sacking him in May.

Toffees chiefs chose to part ways with the 43-year-old following their disappointing Premier League campaign.

And that decision came despite him leading his side to the FA Cup semi-finals, where they fell to Manchester United at Wembley.
