Everton consider Celtic boss Lennon

Celtic boss Neil Lennon is in the frame to succeed manager David Moyes at Everton.

Bookies saw a surge of interest in Lennon last night, as he was backed down to second favourite behind Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez.

Spaniard Martinez has also been widely praised for his work in keeping Wigan in the Premier League and reaching the FA Cup final, even though the Latics are staring at relegation this term.

Martinez, though, has refused to be drawn on the rumours.
