Everton are confident over their deal for Rangers attacker Steven Naismith.

Naismith was out of contract after leaving Glasgow Rangers and last week signed a four-year contract at Goodison Park.

The Scottish Football Association have not yet processed the international clearance to rubber-stamp the transfer, but an Everton spokesman said: "We remain completely confident that international clearance will be granted by FIFA."
