Everton reserves coach Alan Stubbs says Greek striker Apostolos Vellios is making good progress.
Vellios caught the eye in their defeat to Blackburn Rovers.
"He (Vellios) showed some good bits of play, but there was also some sloppy bits of play at times," Stubbs told evertonfc.com.
"But he is still getting used to the pace of the game and how to play as a centre forward at Everton.
"He's done well to get three goals in three games, but there is plenty of work to be done."
