Everton are closing on a deal for Fulham goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg.
The Liverpool Echo says the 33-year-old Dutchman is expected to complete a switch to Merseyside over the weekend, with the Blues paying an undisclosed fee – believed to be under £1m.
Stekelenburg worked under Ronald Koeman during a loan spell at Southampton last season, making 25 appearances on the South Coast.
He has 54 caps for Holland, and was their first choice at both the 2010 World Cup, in which Bert Van Marwijk's side reached the final in South Africa, and at the 2012 European Championships.
