Everton have clinched an agreement for Leeds United youngster Fabian Delph.

The Mirror says Blues boss David Moyes has beaten competition from Manchester United, Fulham and Sunderland to land the England Under-21 midfielder in a deal costing up to £4million.

Leeds have decided to cash in on Delph after failing to win promotion to the Championship last month.

Moyes watched Delph in action six times last season and believes the youngster has a massive future at Goodison Park.

Delph, 19, was voted the Football League's Young Player of the Year.
