Everton are in the hunt for Hull City captain Curtis Davies.

The Mirror says the Hull defender, 29, is considering his future at the KC Stadium after losing his first-team place.

The centre-back has 18 months left on his contract after the club failed to extend it in the summer. Sunderland and Leicester City are also both thought to be interested in the Englishman, but Goodison Park is believed to be his preferred destination.
