Belgian under-21 midfielder Kevin De Bruyne is a £1 million target for Everton boss David Moyes.
The Mirror says the Goodison club have been chasing the Genk starlet for weeks and will make a bid as they try to head off interest from Standard Liege.
De Bruyne is a skillful attacking midfielder with similarities to Mikel Arteta and Moyes is keen to land up-and-coming youngsters before they are priced out of his range.
The 18-year-old has become a regular in the Genk side and Moyes could seal the deal in the next few days as his scouts give the deal their approval.
