Everton are preparing an offer for Feyenoord defender Bruno Martins Indi.
The Sunday Mirror says the Toffees are poised to table a £6million bid for the 6ft 2ins Dutch international, who plays for Feyenoord.
The 21-year-old is being hailed in Europe as "the new Sol Campbell".
The powerful defender, who can operate at left-back as well as centre-half, was born in Portugal but raised in Holland.
