Everton are lining up a bid for Blackpool winger Matt Phillips.

The Daily Mail says Everton boss David Moyes was in the stands at Birmingham's St Andrew's on Wednesday night as Phillips scored the crucial second goal to ensure his side's place in the Championship play-off final.

Phillips has had a successful season with 18 goals, including six while on loan at Sheffield United.
