Everton captain Phil Neville is convinced they will crack the top four this season - if they can beat Manchester City tomorrow.
He said: "This has been a big week for us, first it was the Carling Cup semi-final first leg and now we have a match at home against Manchester City, which will be a battle for fourth place already."
Neville said: "We have not produced good results against teams in the top four, but we have always acquitted ourselves well and played good stuff.
"But against such teams, a small lack of concentration can be so costly, and those sort of lapses have cost us.
"We found ourselves 3-1 down against Arsenal recently, having been ahead, and wondering how that had happened. You dare not switch off against the very best or you will be punished.
"The belief is there for us, now we have to go out and do it. We keep playing well and losing to the top four, now is the time to change that."
