Everton on brink of deal for Spartak Moscow winger Vladimir Bystrov

Spartak Moscow winger Vladimir Bystrov is set to join Everton.

The Telegraph says Everton are believed to be close to sealing a £9 million move for Bystrov, the Russian international winger.

Bystrov is regarded as among the fastest players in Europe.
