Everton are launching a club record £11 million bid for Middlesbrough striker Yakubu Aiyegbeni.
The Daily Mail says Everton chairman Bill Kenwright is ready to make the improved bid as the Nigeria international emerges as Dave Moyes' No1 transfer target before the summer window shuts.
