Everton boss Marco Silva admits he's frustrated by the lack of progress in the market this summer.
Silva is yet to see a signing made since taking charge at the end of last season.
The Portuguese said, "It's not the ideal scenario, of course.
"It is not normal either to have not hired a single player. It is not easy, we know who we want but we are three weeks away from starting the championship. People reckon it's easy, but it is not."
Silva has confirmed they're moving for Barcelona defender Yerry Mina.
He added: "It's not a coincidence that he plays where he plays. We hope to get him, but it's not easy."
