Everton manager David Moyes admits he will give more chances to striker Denis Stracualursi over the coming weeks.
The summer loan signing has appeared just four time off the bench for the Toffees and Moyes says he will be given more time to prove his worth now he has settled into English life.
"He had a spell on Saturday when he did quite well. It was always going to take him a while to settle in because his English isn't great.
"But I had a feeling he might do something for us at this time of year.
"To have someone come from Argentina, we needed them to come and hit the ground running.
"He scored 24 goals in the league last season (in Argentina) and that is why we thought it was worth a gamble.
"But the Premier League is a completely different speed and it is completely new to him.
"It was a chance we took and we are not tied to him but hopefully he will get an opportunity because I want to give him a chance to see where he is up to.
"But results mean everything and it is very difficult for a manager.""Denis has come in and there is no one who has worked harder on the training ground to make an impact," said Moyes.
