Everton boss David Moyes has suffered a double West Ham United snub.
The People says Everton suffered a double transfer blow last week when both Scott Parker and Matthew Upson snubbed them.
Defender Upson was available on a free transfer, but opted for Stoke City.
And an enquiry for Parker fell flat as the England midfielder waits for a bigger club to come in.
