Everton boss David Moyes is sorry to be losing Landon Donovan back to LA Galaxy.

Moyes admits he will wave farewell to Donovan with a heavy heart.

"If we could have had him longer we would have done," he said. "But the Galaxy have been good to let us have him and I don't want to ruin that relationship.

"The boy has come over and he has certainly helped us out for a couple of months."
