Everton boss David Moyes knows they must silence Gareth Bale if they're to take something off Tottenham tonight.
Everton are at White Hart Lane this evening.
"He is a terrific crosser of the ball. He has the modern look of an athlete now - he is tall, quick, slim and powerful. He has also got that ability. He is certainly one of the top players in the Premier League but I don't have any fears about my squad.
"Our games against Tottenham in recent years have been very close and competitive. I would hope that will be the case again. Tottenham have done very well but I would be expecting our big players to stand up and be counted in a big game.""When I watched Tottenham the other week, you could see they were playing in a way to make Bale more elusive so he couldn't get picked up in wide areas," said Everton's manager. "What excites you most about Bale is his speed.
