Everton boss David Moyes believes Manchester City are capable of winning the title this season.

Given their outlay, Moyes is tipping City to mount a serious challenge for the title.

He said: "They are definitely contenders. They will be there.

"They may not have that experience at the moment that Man United and Chelsea have, but there is a freshness about Man City and their squad is big enough to cope so I would expect them to be there or thereabouts."
