Everton boss Moyes: Martinez has been success with Wigan

Everton boss David Moyes has thrown his support behind Wigan Athletic counterpart Roberto Martinez.

The two teams meet today.

"He (Martinez) has done a great job at Wigan," he said. "Wherever Wigan end up, for me, Roberto has gone in there and done as good a job as anybody could do, he really has. He's kept them playing good football and he's got good players.

"I think most people this time last year were writing them off saying they had no chance and they did brilliantly to come through. So he’s been there before."
