Everton boss David Moyes is keen to sign permanently on-loan Tottenham midfielder Steven Pienaar.
Top of Moyes' agenda will be making Pienaar's loan deal from Spurs a permanent one.
That would cost around £4m, and the Blues chief said: "We are addressing the Pienaar situation. He wants to stay, I want him to. It will be down to finances."
