Everton boss David Moyes says Mark Hughes is the right man in charge of QPR.

The Rs have only won once since Hughes' appointment.

Moyes said: "It's difficult with new players coming in trying to settle and when a new manager comes in you can sometimes get the instant impact like with Martin O'Neill [at Sunderland]. But other times it is different and it takes time to bed in and get results. I'm sure in time Mark Hughes will prove his ability as a manager at QPR."
