Everton boss David Moyes is ready to hand new signing Darron Gibson a debut today against Aston Villa.
Moyes is delighted to add another Old Trafford star to his ranks after Phil Neville, Louis Saha and Tim Howard.
The Everton boss admitted: "The people I've spoken to have said we're getting a good player.
"We've got someone who is hungry and with something to prove and, in my conversations with him, so far I've been impressed."
Gibson's registration came through yesterday and he goes straight into the squad for today's trip to Aston Villa.
Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson said: "It's a good move for Darron. He needs to get on with his career and this is a good opportunity."
