Everton boss Moyes hoping to face a distracted Man Utd

Everton boss David Moyes hopes Manchester United minds will be elsewhere today.

Moyes hopes United's Champions League showstopper with Real Madrid will open the door for Everton to pull off another Old Trafford shock.

While the Merseysiders have not beaten the Premier League favourites on their own patch since 1992, last term's 4-4 draw ultimately cost United the title.

The Goodison gaffer admitted: "We're not sure what team Alex Ferguson will play because he's got a nine-point lead in the league and has Real in midweek.

"I'm sure he'll look at the bigger picture to see where he can keep his players fresh."
