Everton boss Dave Moyes has no grudge with Fulham striker Andy Johnson.

Moyes said: "I'm not going to go into the whole Andy Johnson story but he wanted to leave and there's nothing you can do in those situations.

"We would have kept him if we could. He was a good lad to have around the place.

"And I was pleased to see him get to his century of goals in midweek. Maybe he won't score against us now!"
