Everton boss David Moyes was happy to call on Tim Cahill for yesterday's 0-0 draw with Fulham.

Cahill started after two matches out with a knee injury and Moyes was pleased with his contribution.

"Cahill has a bad knee and he did very well to play for us today. We always knew it would be bit of a gamble," he said.

"He wanted to play and we didn't know how long we'd get out of him. To get an hour was quite good."
