Everton boss Moyes hails players' courage: We always want to play

Everton boss Dave Moyes is full of praise for the attitude of his players during their outstanding winning run.

"If the Premier League were based on spirit alone, we'd be top of the table," he said. "It's a big part of our game and a key requirement for being successful, but there have been times when the ability in our side has been overlooked a bit.

"We've shown we can play. We are not top dogs at that yet, but we are getting better at it.

"The challenge now is to do it in the heat of a derby, to try and win in style. It takes courage to get the ball down and keep it under that sort of intense pressure, but that's what we must try to do.

"I'm hoping to see more composure than in the last two derbies. It takes a bit of confidence, but I'd like to think we've got that, on recent form."
