Despite defeating Sunderland 2-0 on Sunday, Everton boss David Moyes says the team needs to become sharper for the run home.
The Toffees managed to overcome an undermanned Sunderland team but Moyes admits better performances will be required if they are to finish the season in fifth position.
"I thought in the first half we didn't play as well as I would have liked us to," Moyes told Everton's official website.
"I think we had one or two chances and didn't take them, we were a little bit slow and we never really got to the level I wanted.
"I thought after half time we came out and started much brighter, we were a bit more crisp and more into the game and got ourselves a good goal."
