Everton boss David Moyes says John Lundstram will benefit from his loan at Doncaster Rovers.

Moyes believes midfielder Lundstram has a good opportunity to develop at Keepmoat Stadium.

"John's one of the boys who hasn't gone out on loan and he hasn't had senior football yet," the Blues boss told evertontv.

"He's someone who we think a lot of and Doncaster have got seven or eight games coming up in the next month.

"I thought it was a good opportunity. They're going well, Doncaster, and I felt for John it might be the time to go and play some men's football."
