Everton boss Moyes: Denis Stracquaursi old-fashioned centre-forward

Everton boss David Moyes is delighted with Denis Stracquaursi's whole-hearted performances.

Moyes says Stracqualursi offers a pleasing throwback to traditional centre-forward play.

"He was fantastic against Chelsea," beamed Moyes to evertonfc.com.

"I think he's got better. He's old-fashioned - when I played there was lots of that type of centre-forward about, a little bit huff and puff, not always pleasing on the eye sometimes, but by the end he sort of wore them down."
