Everton boss Moyes cautious of MLS All-Stars

Everton manager David Moyes has admitted that he is treading with caution ahead of the pre-season friendly against the MLS All-Stars on Wednesday. The Toffees will come up against the best of the MLS players and Moyes is aware that Dominic Kinnear's squad could be very dangerous.

"It will be a tough game to face the select players from the entire league," Moyes told the club's official website.

"I think the MLS has improved greatly over the years. It gets better every year and many of the clubs have their own stadia which makes a big difference.

"Pulling people in who you haven't worked with will be difficult but in the mast the MLS All-Star teams have had a very good record so they seem to know how to work it."

The Scot said his team was in good order and expected them to continue last season's fantastic form.

"Every player in our side is a present international, a former international or they are on their way to becoming an international," he added.

"Football is always about winning, it breeds confidence and gives you confidence to continue. We finished last season really well and we want to keep that going."
