Everton boss Dave Moyes can understand Roy Keane's decision to walk away from Sunderland.
He said: "It's not that easy because you're surrounded by football all the time. You come to training in your car and you might hear supporters on the radio talking about you, or your job, or your players. You also read the newspapers and watch football all day.
"It's a great job but it does bring its pressures. I've been really lucky at the Clubs I've worked with that the chairmen and the supporters have been very patient with me and given me a great chance.
"I'm sure Roy will have his reasons."
