Everton boss David Moyes is upset over Jack Rodwell's hamstring injury.

Rodwell collected the knock on England U21 duty this week.

Moyes said: "You can understand why many managers don't put their players out.

"I give my players out because I want them to develop, especially the younger ones. We pay their wages and now we're going to lose him for a long period."
