Everton boss David Moyes admits he may have to sell to land his priority targets in January.

The Everton manager concedes he may eventually have to sell an established player to fund his re-build.

"It could well be the case (that I have to sell before I buy someone), but at the moment I am not getting told that," he said.

"The problem for us at the moment is that we do not have the funds to make the purchases, so I don't have to make the decision at the other end (older players).

"And by the way, I have not had anybody banging my door down offering to buy A, B or C."
