Everton boss Roberto Martinez is up for their FA Cup quarterfinal with Arsenal.
Martinez is an admirer of Arsene Wenger and senses this will be a formidable challenge.
"You look at Arsenal - they have always been able to qualify for the Champions League, the new ground and they have been able to cope with losing players like Thierry Henry, Vieira, Cesc Fabregas," said Martinez.
"They develop young players and always have a philosophy. I am aware that there are small margins and you are fighting against clubs that are prepared to spend £300million to win a trophy. But I'm a bit of a romantic, I think Arsenal have been successful. To beat them we will have to perfect."
