Everton boss Roberto Martinez is eager for England to not overload Ross Barkley.
Barkley, 20, has only recently returned to action after missing the Toffees first 10 games with a knee injury picked up in pre-season training.
Martinez said: "I know that they'll handle him with a lot of information.
"We've got a very good relationship with Roy - I've spoken with him and tried to pass on as much information as I could about the players.
"We're all very clear that Ross and John Stones need handling very specifically.
"As a youngster you need to be very much aware of the amount of football you are playing.
"A young player will never feel tired or tell you that they're tired but sometimes there are certain situations when you can get overloaded quite easily.
"In the same way, as a young player sometimes you get a bit too high with a good game and a bit too low with a bad game because it's new emotions and that sort of information is important that it's shared and we've done that."
