Everton boss Roberto Martinez is ready to return to former club Wigan Athletic for another signing this summer.
Martinez brought James McCarthy and Antolin Alcaraz with him from the DW 12 months ago.
The Daily Star Sunday says Martinez could move for Shaun Maloney, 31, for a bargain £1m fee.
