Everton boss Roberto Martinez hopes to bring back Jack Rodwell from Manchester City in the summer.
Martinez feels he will need six signings to cope with Europe and will have a transfer kitty of more than £20million.
The Daily Mail says he is keen to bring Jack Rodwell back to Goodison Park from Manchester City, while Everton will also bid to sign Romelu Lukaku if Chelsea let the Belgian striker leave.
On-loan City midfielder Gareth Barry should also become a permanent signing.
