Everton boss Roberto Martinez insists he takes job rumours with a pinch of salt.
Arsenal's Arsene Wenger and Barcelona's Gerardo Martino have been under fire lately, which led to rumours linking the Everton boss with a move to the Emirates or the Nou Camp.
"I think always in football when you get these sort of speculation you take it as a real nice footballing compliment," Martinez told the Liverpool Echo.
"It doesn't matter if it affects the staff members, the manager, the players - it's always a good sign. That means that things are going well.
"We're all well aware that if you don't focus on the next game and you are defeated, then all the comments and the critics will be very negative."
