Everton boss Roberto Martinez has confirmed Leon Osman has a groin injury.

The midfielder had to be withdrawn midway through the second half of Saturday's thrilling 3-2 victory over West Ham United.

Martinez said: "He has some soft tissue damage. He will have some scans in the next 48 hours to assess it."
