Sky Sports is reporting Wigan coach Dennis Lawrence is poised to join Roberto Martinez's coaching staff at Everton. Everton confirmed last week that Graeme Jones, Inaki Bergara, Kevin Reeves and Richard Evans had all followed Martinez from Championship Wigan to Goodison Park.

New Latics boss Owen Coyle was keen to include the former Trinidad & Tobago international in his plans for the side and hoped to keep him in his coaching staff.
