Everton manager Roberto Martinez has remembered a moment he experienced as a player that has made him seem cool under pressure.
The Spaniard was playing for Swansea City about 12 years ago when the Welsh club required a victory to avoid dropping out of the Football League altogether and recalled the moments that have now lead to the club being an established outfit.
"I played in a game, Swansea City v Hull in 2003, and if Swansea lost, they lose their professional status," he said.
"It doesn't get any worse than that because people would lose their jobs around the club.
"We were 2-1 down with two mistakes and when you have 50 minutes on the pitch to get it right as a player that is a pressure situation.
"We won the game 4-2 and the football club never looked back. Now they are talking about a takeover worth £100m. Those are big moments."
