Everton boss Roberto Martinez plans to bring some of his key staff at Wigan Athletic with him to Goodison Park.

Martinez is set to be joined at Everton by his Wigan assistant manager Graeme Jones, who also worked with him at Swansea.

In addition, other members of the Wigan backroom staff - scout Kevin Reeves and goalkeeping coach Inaki Bergara - are likely to follow him to Goodison Park.

Martinez said: "I would not like to say yes because it needs to be official from Wigan but things will happen.

"I obviously now need to speak to everyone at Everton because there are a few positions I need to decide on."
