Everton boss Roberto Martinez is making a move for Wigan Athletic striker Arouna Kone.
The Daily Mail says Martinez hopes to beat Hull City to the signing of Kone.
The 29-year-old can leave Wigan for £5million and is among a list of strikers targeted by Steve Bruce as he looks to add a cutting edge to Hull's Premier League chances.
