Everton boss Martinez forced to bring forward plans for Dundee Utd's Robertson

Everton boss Roberto Martinez is moving for Dundee United fullback Andrew Robertson.

The Mirror says Martinez has asked about Robertson's availability, as he considers a deadline move to bring the 19-year-old to the Toffees.

The Goodison chief watched Robertson recently and originally saw him as a long-term target.

But Bryan Oviedo's broken leg injury has forced Martinez to bring his plans forward.
