Everton boss Ronald Koeman is confident signing Stoke City attacker Marko Arnautovic.

De Telegraaf says a deal is close for the Austria international.

Arnautovic is now inside the final 12 months of his current contract and has resisted efforts from Stoke to discuss new terms.

Koeman is ready to pounce, with Maarten Stekelenburg his only signing at Everton thus far.

"Things will start happening in the coming days and weeks," said the Dutchman, "everything will be fine."
